Q: What are the requirements for me to join?
A: You must be an established DJ in your own country, regularly playing out in top nightclubs, and also be a member of a reputable DJ agency.

Q: Is there a limit to how many tracks I can download?
A: No, you can download as many as you want.

Q: As a member, am I required to produce regular mixes?
A: Yes two a year, but if you don’t, then you lose out on all the potential benefits and exposure to promoters and clubbers around the world, as well as monthly sales and income.

Q: Can subscribers search for a list of my mixes?
A: Yes, they can perform searches by DJ or Club.

Q: Can a club record and upload a live mix?
A: As long as they request the mix and authorisation is given - remember to keep strictly to the cleared track listing on the live set.

Q: Where are my mixes sold?
A: They are distributed digitally and sold by the world’s leading music websites and mobile phone networks.

Q: How do earn money from my mixes?
A: We account monthly and you can download your statement once a month.

Q: How do you market each release?
A: 15% of net receipts is used to market all the music created for the site.

Q: What do the 3rd party record companies earn form each mix?
A: They earn a standard 22% of ppd pro rata.

Q: Can I have seperate DJ and label accounts?
A: If you are both a DJ and a producer/label, yes you can have both accounts.

Q: If I create a mix for the site can i sell it to my own database?
A: Yes, please get in touch to arrange an agreement.

Q: Do you use DRM on the music on the site?
A: We actively insert and encourage an IRSC code , this is mostly needed for mobile phone distribution.

Q: Is publishing paid on the music?
A: Yes we pay for licenses for this.

Q: I have my own copy of a track on the site. Can I use it instead?
A: When you include a track from the site in your mix, you must use the copy we provide - not your own. This especially applies to the classic golden oldie tracks.
