Aardvark Records – a rising force on the UK music scene, with almost 600 tracks uploaded for your pleasure. The genres range from Trance, through Progressive, then on to Chillout and beyond.
Aardvark is a Fair Trade label and music publisher, an ideology that goes beyond ensuring our artists receive a higher than industry average royalty split, but also about responsible handling and a reasonable expenses level. We're also a Green label. It's unlikely that any international label will become Carbon Neutral in the near future, but our aim is to get as close to that benchmark as possible. To achieve this we were early pioneers in the digital realm, investing heavily in digital music and audio solutions. In-house we have some of the brightest minds in online and digital media marketing.
We were amongst the first record labels to use podcasting, early in support of internet radio, quickly provided music videos toYouTube, Google Video, Singingfool, ROO TV and a host of other online music video entertainment webites, provided tracks on MySpace, Reverb Nation, Bebo andLast.fm.
We've a blog to share our thoughts about music industry developments and news, have deals with gaming company's such asAudio-Surf and continued with our ethos of making music for the people - and not for our accountants. We're not about big advertising spend, marketing budgets, or telling people what makes them appear cool - we're simply about adventures in music.

After a couple of years hiatus, the award winning underground house & techno labels, eukatech & eukahouse, re-surface with a fresh direction and a tantalising selection of music...
The "euka" labels launched in the mid 90's and helped carve out the new electronic sounds that were emanating from the UK that was to be coined 'tech house'.
eukahouse released music from the likes of Terry Francis, Nathan Coles, Get F**ked, Terry Lee Brown Jr, Audio Soul Project, Jeff Bennet, Pure Science, Armand Van Helden, Mr C, Kurtis Blow, Asad Rizvi, Didier Sinclair, Tom Pooks, Richard Grey, Peace Division, Dave Mothersole, Gideon Jackson, Alejandro Vivanco, Bill Makris, and Tyree Cooper, alongside many more as well as label head honcho, Nils Hess.
The label also hosted the acclaimed mix CD series, "Tech House Phenomena" with excellent mixes from Murf, Nathan Coles, Dave Mothersole, Dano, Inland Knights, & Richard Grey. Other label
highlights include the Tech House Classics retrospective featuring defining tracks from some of electronic music"s pioneers, that helped pave the wave for the tech house sound. Several albums
too found a home on the label, most notable being the two massive Get F**ked releases.
The eukatech label offered a slightly tougher sound with pumping cuts coming from the likes of Daz Saund & Ben Tisdall, Marco Lenzi, Jamie Bissmire, Alenia, Access 58, Zupazonik, Si Begg, Tobias Von Hofsten, as well as a platform for Nils Hess for his more harder edge sounds under his Reck guise.
Many CD projects found a home on this label too, most notably the critically acclaimed Subject/Detroit album from DJ Bone that won many plaudits. The labels biggest success came from winning Muzik Magazine"s "Best Independent label Of The Year" accolade.
eukatech records also took the form of an impressive music emporium that was located in a Covent Garden basement, servicing London and beyond for over 10 years, before bowing out with a brilliant party at The End club in London, that hosted Alex Unders UK debut and gave Luciano one of his rare London gigs outside of Fabric.
And now eukatech enters its next phase...
A code is born out of the need for communication. Dance music is one such code, Created to celebrate love, positivity and togetherness, dance music is today a way of life, with its own language and meanings, best understood in the middle of a packed dance floor. This music is our core, our code.
Codekontrol is a multimedia entertainment project born out of complete love and dedication for the underground. The underground is where Codekontrol saw its first parties spring to life and where its core concept formed. We will always look here to find musical originality and creativity. Without the underground, there would be nothing. So, the search goes on, the search goes on, the search goes on
Codekontrol now includes four record labels (Minimal Force, Mind Ability, Solid Tracks, Picknick Records), each with its own specific flavor of house, tech and techno; an artist management company (Media Kode), and a growing number of up-and-coming electronic artists who share the same vision.
